Erik Johnson is the marketing optimization manager on Morningstar’s Behavioral Insights Team, where he applies behavioral science principles and experimentation to marketing processes and communications. He previously held roles at ideas42 and IBM and co-created ProductPsychology.com. He is a board member of the Action Design Network, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization promoting the use of behavioral economics and psychology in policy, business, and product design. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University.
