Sonja Lyubomirsky

Sonja Lyubomirsky is a professor of psychology at the University of California-Riverside, where she investigates how people can become happier. Originally from Russia, she received her Ph.D. in social and personality psychology from Stanford University. Her two books, The How of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want and The Myths of Happiness: What Should Make You Happy, But Doesn’t, have been published in 24 and 16 countries, respectively.
