Amy Orben is research fellow at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge, and visiting fellow at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, University of Cambridge. Her research uses big data to investigate the impact of digital technology use on mental health and well-being. Her contributions to psychological and cognitive science have won her the British Psychological Society’s 2019 Award for Outstanding Doctoral Contributions to Research, the Understanding Society Young Researcher Prize, and the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science Mission Award 2020.
