John Kounios is a professor of psychology and director of Drexel University’s doctoral program in Applied Cognitive and Brain Sciences. His research focuses on insight, creativity, problem solving, memory, and Alzheimer’s disease. He is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the Psychonomic Society and serves on a National Science Foundation advisory panel. His most recent book is The Eureka Factor: Aha Moments, Creative Insight, and the Brain.
