Shouldn’t We Make It Easy to Use Behavioral Science for Good?
As a field, figuring out how to effectively report and communicate what we’ve learned from our research and interventions is our own “last mile” problem.

Manasee Desai is co-creator of the Behavioral Evidence Hub and a vice president at ideas42 where she leads a portfolio of projects focused on the behavioral design and rapid iterative testing of digital financial solutions in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, she works on education projects in the United States. Previously, she spent over 10 years researching financial services and other international development topics, with a number of academics and global partners. She holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, where she focused on international policy in urban contexts, and a BA from Boston University in Political Science.
