Danny Oppenheimer is a professor of psychology and social and decision sciences at Carnegie Mellon University. He researches how people determine what information to use when making decisions, how people search for the information they need, and what people do when different pieces of information conflict and suggest different conclusions. In 2006, he received the Ig Nobel Prize in Literature. He is the author of Psychology: The Comic Book Introduction (with illustrations by Grady Klein).
