Michael Pasek is the program and research lead in Polarization and Division at Beyond Conflict, a nonprofit organization that puts science to work for peace. His research focuses on the psychology of intergroup relations and how theory-informed interventions can reduce conflict. He earned his Ph.D. in social psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at The New School for Social Research.
