Ross E. O’Hara is the director of behavioral science and education at Persistence Plus. He works with colleges and universities to improve student success through the thoughtful application of behavioral science. He also writes about the intersection of higher education and behavioral science for Psychology Today. He received a Ph.D. in psychology from Dartmouth College.
