Faisal Naru is head of strategic management and coordination in the office of the Executive Director of the OECD, where among other responsibilities, is working on organizational behavior, management and sustainability. He founded and spearheaded the work of the OECD on behavioral insights working with governments and regulatory agencies across the world. He was a member of the UK Cabinet Office, and, prior to joining the OECD, he was head of practice at a global consultancy advising governments on economic, regulatory and public administration reforms.
