Nicole Abi-Esber is a doctoral candidate in organizational behavior at Harvard Business School, and an incoming assistant professor of organizational behavior in the management department at the London School of Economics. Her research examines how leaders can empower employees to feel psychologically safe and speak up at work. She uses experiments and computational social science methods, including natural language processing. Before starting her Ph.D., she worked as a product manager for several technology startups in emerging markets.
