To what extent are we inadvertently limiting the range of problems for behavioral science’s attention?
Sarah Reid directs the leadership and organizational change research portfolio at the Conference Board of Canada. Prior to this role, she worked in a number of strategic and applied research roles, including helping the Ontario Securities Commission establish a behavioural insights unit and applied research portfolio to enhance policy and regulatory efforts and at Doblin, Monitor Deloitte’s innovation consultancy arm, where she helped develop and apply behavior design to improve accessibility and delivery of government services, including employment insurance and old age security. She earned a Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Toronto and held a postdoc at Rutgers School of Management.
