Daniel H. Stein is a doctoral student in the Management of Organizations (MORS) Group at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He is a social psychologist conducting research on intragroup processes. The goal of his research is to better understand the drivers, consequences, and markers of group commitment to help businesses improve the productivity and satisfaction of their workforce.
